As our next Supplier Quality Manager you will be responsible for delivering all aspects of the supplier operations quality function in line with quality management processes and policies, ensuring our products meet the customer expectations. Moreover, you will be managing critical situations, focus teams and task force, while reviewing and assessing manufacturing procedures. You will look for flaws and issues with quality and provide guidance aiming to reduce defect rates.

In your new role you will also:

Actively participate in supplier-related improvement projects;
Organize and manage supplier workshop activities, technical visits, and audits;
Audit follow-up activities, prepare the actions list, and ensure the achievement of the defined targets;
Take part in supplier selection activities (decision matrix, SLM database applications);
Perform supplier potential analyses;
Engage in new material release activities.
Your Profile
You are an open-minded, self-organized and persistent all-rounder with an interest in technology. You live up to high quality standards and your strong communication skills allow you to establish lasting relationships and networks. You enjoy interaction with people from different backgrounds, are a strong team-player and able to effectively lead projects. You evaluate information from different points of view and are not afraid of putting decisions into practice as soon as the actions are established.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

A college or university degree in Engineering or a related field.
At least 3 years experience in a production environment;
A solid quality management background;
Supplier Quality management skills;
Good command of English. German would be an advantage.
