ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The purpose of the position is to support the Supply chain management teams in daily activities. Supporting Eaton locations with purchasing activities (purchase order creation, purchase order follow up activities, purchasing data maintenance, clearing of blocked invoices from eaton suppliers). Supporting the team leader and the senior material planner with the creation of reports, KPIs and ad-hoc reporting tasks. Supporting the Supply Chain Order Management division, the main contact between the Eaton Intercompany country sales units, Czech warehouse and Supply Chain Management. Any other ad-hoc tasks to provide help to the teams.

Your Key Deliverables:

• Entering incoming order confirmations from Eaton suppliers to ERP system (SAP)
• Create manual purchase orders (mainly indirect products and services)
• Maintain info records (price, material data) in SAP
• Support in clearing blocked invoices from Eaton suppliers
• Manage incoming emails from common mailbox
• Generate and distribute report, create KPI trackers.
• Creation of pro-forma invoices on a special business unit.
• Providing backup for some simpler tasks for material planners.
• Provide pre-order information (price, lead time) daily
• Create/ amend/ cancel/ expedite sales orders
• Answer customers requiries on order status or any other ad hoc administrative tasks
• Ad-hoc administrative tasks requested by Team Leader and senior team members

• Intermediate knowledge of excel functions

• Experienced user of MS Office
• Motivated to learn
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
