JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer for our industry-leading global manufacturing Partner.

What will be your tasks in this team?

Provide high-level availability and technical support for the Client regarding complex issues
and identify the best solutions
Hardware/software troubleshooting of smart devices by phone, remotely, or on the spot (requires traveling monthly/bimonthly up to 1 week, within Europe)
Analyze, resolve, respond to, and document tickets
Responsible for the efficient and safe operation of equipments to perform duties required
Other tasks and responsibilities based on the candidates experience (this is a job where you can learn and widen your knowledge in the field of mechatronics)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Technician or Engineer degree and/or equivalent electrical, mechatronics or mechanical experience
Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, service engineering or a similar role
Basic knowledge of Linux
Understanding of basic electrical equipment
Fluent English and Hungarian
Ability to work in a highly regulated environment
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a solution-focused mindset
Technical, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
Able to work independently and in a team
Attention to detail and sense of urgency

PREFERRED ADDITIONAL SKILLS, PERSONAL TRAITS, EXPERIENCE
Ability to handle clients professionally during all interactions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with programming languages and JIRA (interest is also great)
Basic knowledge of SSH, WinSCP is nice to have
