We are seeking a talented and creative UI Designer to join our Digital Farming Solutions team. As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and UX designers, to translate concepts into engaging user experiences. Your exceptional design skills, attention to detail, and understanding of user-centric design principles will be essential in creating intuitive interfaces that enhance our farmers’ satisfaction and overall product usability.

What You Will Do:
Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to understand project requirements and user needs.
Create visually appealing and intuitive user interface designs for digital products, including websites, mobile applications, and software applications.
Develop wireframes, storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve design solutions.
Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines throughout all design deliverables.
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements and provide necessary design assets.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI design and implement them into design processes.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to creating a positive user experience across all digital products.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and incorporate feedback, balancing business goals with user needs.

What You Will Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.
Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, and color theory.
Knowledge of agile methods (e.g. SAFe)
Basic knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively collaborate with developers (advantageous).
Basic knowledge of agronomy and agricultural vehicles is an advantage.
