We are currently seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team for an exciting product launch. You’ll be joining our team in our Budapest office or at our customer’s site, contributing to innovative solutions in a vibrant, growth-oriented setting. We are looking for a confident professional with solid UX experience, strong client management skills, good English proficiency, and the ability to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead UX design projects independently from concept to completion.
• Conduct thorough UX research to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Perform benchmarking and competitive analysis to ensure market differentiation.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to guide product design and development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure smooth implementation.
• Present design solutions to stakeholders and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in UX design.
• Proven experience in conducting UX research and translating insights into actionable designs.
• Strong wireframing and prototyping skills using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
• Ability to lead projects independently and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with industry-standard benchmarking practices and design.

PREFERRED ADDITIONAL SKILLS, PERSONAL TRAITS, EXPERIENCE
• Experience with UI design and knowledge of visual design principles.
• Familiarity with Agile or Lean UX methodologies.
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) for better collaboration with developers.
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
• Experience working with remote teams or in an international environment.
• Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, or similar for user behavior analysis.
