At Getronics, we work in a cozy, welcoming office located near the beautiful Danube in the 2nd district. The area is peaceful yet central, offering easy access to some of the city's most iconic spots, making it a delightful place to spend your workday.

Our office is open 24/7, providing flexibility for different schedules and ensuring that our team can support clients around the clock. Whether you prefer the quiet of early mornings or the calm of late nights, our office is always open and ready to welcome you.

Our recruitment process

The first step in our selection process begins after you apply for the position. Our sourcer colleague will reach out to you at a mutually agreed appointment for a brief 10-15 minute conversation. During this call, you’ll receive a short introduction to the position you applied for, and we’ll ask some basic questions regarding your salary expectations, profile, and potential start date.

Following this, the next step is the initial HR interview. You can expect this to last between 30 to 60 minutes, where our Talent Acquisition Partners will conduct a more detailed discussion. Here, you'll learn more about the role and your language skills will also be assessed.

Finally, there will be an interview with the Hiring Manager, where you may encounter technical questions relevant to the position, as the managers are interested in understanding your current expertise. Of course, this only applies if the position requires such knowledge. Additionally, this is your opportunity to ask questions about the team size, specific processes, and the schedule for the role.

Should the process conclude successfully, and if the hiring managers would like to bring you onto their team, our HR team will contact you by phone to discuss your start date and extend your offer.
