What do we do?

KOSTAL Group is a global, family-owned German company developing market-leading solar and automotive solutions. In Hungary, KOSTAL is building its first Global Business Services Center (KBS) to provide business support in IT, finance, controlling, procurement, master data, sales, sustainability, and HR fields. The modern and sustainable office is located in the heart of Budapest. This will be a global center with high value-added and complex processes that you can help build.

The office reflects the company’s core value: people-oriented, collaborative and sustainable, and provides a suitable working environment for efficient work.

Sustainability principles like resource efficiency and circularity were an integral parts of the office design. Thanks to these efforts, 71 % of the glass walls and 27 % of the office desks are reused, and significant water and energy consumption reduction was achieved.

However the office is a really nice place to work, our colleagues have the possibility for remote working with time to time office presence. Therefore we are looking for colleagues from the whole area of Hungary. Please be aware that our operations are conducted remotely, but limited to individuals based in Hungary. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with work permit processes at this time.

After receiving your application our Recruiter will reach out via phone and briefly introduce the position and shortly talk to you about your motivation and experience. Switching to English for a few minutes is also part of this stage.

After your first round, the Line manager(s) and the Recruiter will tell you more about the company, our working culture, and your future tasks. You will have the opportunity to tell us about your professional experience and goals. Besides your expertise, we'd also like to get to know more about your personality.

>> Final round video/in-person interview

In some cases, depending on the position, you are invited to a 3rdround of interviews to meet the responsible leader from the management team and determine if KBS is the right fit for you.
