Turbomachinery & Process Solutions operates in 120 countries and serves the entire energy value chain and industrial sector. We hold a broad portfolio of rotating equipment, process flows, transmission technologies and life cycle services. We oversee and support the installation, maintenance and long-term planning of our industry-leading products at global customer sites.

Team up with the best

Creation of new hire profile and allocation of necessary access

Assignment of manager roles, assistant with access to restricted population

Welcome email with link and user guide

Documentation available on request: rules; agreements; procedures; guides; etc

Profile update and access following amendment or any change impacting GTA processes (e.g. TP passage, manager change, etc.)

Closing profiles

Preparation of communication support for one-off information campaigns or linked to a change in process or functionality

Handling questions from employees / managers / HR on rules, their situation, technical support, etc.

Management of absences with supporting documents (family events, illness, etc.)

Processing of absence and EVP regularizations in the past

CET/PERCO transfer entry…

Processing of unjustified absences with employee/manager contact

Updating counters (on a case-by-case basis in the event of an anomaly but also at calendar level such as medal leave for example)

Updating calendars (public holidays, school holidays, bridges, weekend calculation according to entity agreements

To succeed in this role, you will:

Similar experience desired

Knowledge of time & absence management tools, more particularly Horoquartz/e Temptation

Sense of accuracy, precision

Good knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, Power Point)
