NIX, a global supplier of software engineering and IT outsourcing services, is looking for a Assistant research psychologist in its office in Budapest (Vaci Greens, 13th district). You’ll be part of a team of professionals who are ready to find the best tailor-made IT solutions for their multinational clients in various industries and solve complex problems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review research literature to remain current on psychological science issues
Identify training and development needs
Analyze job requirements and content to establish criteria for classification, selection, training, and other related personnel function
Assess employee performance
Provide advice on best practices and implementation for selection

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Psychology BA degree or higher
Strong knowledge of English, being able to analyze scientific articles and communicate with the customer in English
Develop interview techniques, rating scales, and psychological tests used to assess skills, abilities, and interests for employee selection, placement or promotion
Conduct research studies of physical work environments, organizational structures, communication systems, group interactions, morale or motivation to assess organizational functioning

WILL BE A PLUS:
Education Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology or similar
