NIX, a global supplier of software engineering and IT outsourcing services, is looking for a Azure Cloud Architect in its office in Budapest (Vaci Greens, 13th district). You’ll be part of a team of professionals who are ready to find the best tailor-made IT solutions for their multinational clients in various industries and solve complex problems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
Designing and implementing cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure technologies
Providing technical guidance and support to developers and other IT professionals
Reviewing and optimizing Azure solutions to fit Azure Well Architected framework and best practices
Designing and providing corporate cloud standards
Staying up-to-date on the latest Azure technologies and best practices

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Experience with Cloud: Azure Account management, VM’s, Web Functions, Web Apps, Azure Networking, MSSQL, Azure DevOps, Blob, Disk, Storage account, other Azure services
Experience interacting with DevOps Tools: Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, TeamCity
Operational systems: Understanding of Linux OS management principles, applications setup/configuration, processes, management, troubleshooting
Understanding of web apps deployment principles
Databases: understanding of database administration
Understanding of networking principles
Understanding Azure Network Security Concepts
Knowledge of scripting languages: PowerShell
Strong troubleshooting skills
Experience design, prove and implement architecture solutions
Knowledge of Azure Well Architected Framework and best practices
Experience mentor DevOps team members
Knowledge of English at the Upper-Intermediate level
Great communication skills

WILL BE A PLUS:
Deep knowledge of Networking and Cloud Security
Hands-on Solution Architect experience
Hands-on experience as a .NET developer
Dvanced knowledge of Operational systems
AWS or GCP
Experience working with other CI/CD tools
Orchestration and containerization with Docker and k8s
Experience with Microservices deployment and release management
