Reporting to the SettleNet Delivery Manager, this is a technical implementation role within the Radianz Delivery & Design Organisation to support and contribute to Radianz revenues, EBIT and NPS measures. It is also a key role in driving the E2E L2C customer experience across the Capital Markets Eco system and delivery of complex services to Radianz customers. This role is to technically consult with customers on interfacing their network and application connectivity ahead of installation of SettleNet solution and to support testing with the customer once implemented. This role is pivotal in advising the client on best practise in regard to security of their data while in transit in order to deliver on customer and BT security standard policy. This role ensures a smooth implemetation during the delivery and testing phase while maintaining focus on L2C customer experience. The role requires brilliant customer engagement to provide best in class customer outcomes specific to the Radianz Eco system.

Main tasks:
– Leading technical customer engagement on security and application connectivity from the customers network to the SettleNET service enablement gateway
– Supporting Service Assurance team when required to provide knowledge on interoperability between customer network and SettleNET service enablement gateway to aid fault resolution
– Owning the delivery of SettleNET orders end to end, from client signature to closure and hand over to service assurance, whilst applying strict adherence to SettleNET delivery process
– Overseeing and coordinating the work of Installation Coordinators managing logical amend orders that consist of remove configuration changes only
– Providing a simple plan of critical activities and timelines and will be in continuous contact with clients, internal and external stakeholders

Skills required for the job:
– Communicating between the technical and non-technical – you can make complex and technical information and language simple and accessible for non-technical audiences
– Understanding customers security, business continuity and risk criteria and demonstrating and deploying BT’s product capability in order to meet that criteria
– Maintaining delivery momentum. You can solve issues and unblock problems. You can lead a team and set the pace, ensuring teams are working towards delivery commitments
– Assessing a technical problem, conducting a logical fault analysis and applying effective trouble shooting approach to pin point root cause and scope remedial actions
– Customer champion – understanding customers’ needs and challenges and creating brilliant experiences and outcomes for them

– Ability to think critically, analyse data, make difficult decisions, and solve complex problems
– Knowledge of Windows integration to other Operating systems (UNIX, LINUX) for file transfer
– Understanding of Secure connections – TLS, SSH
– Understanding of IBM MQ client and server connectivity
– Good trouble shooting skills
– Experience of packet capture tools and interpretation of result
