Change manager




TDK is looking for a colleague to coordinate change and transformation activities what are triggered by system implementation in its manufacturing plants. Role includes not only coordination of changes to be made to the system but also the preparation of the organization for the changes.

Main responsibilities:
Analysis nature and impact (business process, technology, department) of the change occurring due to system (software) change
Assesses impact on the organization
Preparing the organization for the upcoming changes beyond the border of software implementation projects
Support the cultural evolution with impactful measures in communication, enablement, engagement, monitoring, etc.
Works out concept to help employees to adopt the innovation
Organizes information shares and system onboarding
Creates communication plan, ensure transparency of upcoming activities
Oversees the change streams of system implementation and works in close cooperation with software vendor, implementation team and internal customer (manufacturing plant)
Evaluate and supports manufacturing readiness
Leads the improvement and transformation measures related to Change Management
Training staff in Change Management principles, processes and procedures
Supports Implementation Project Lead in mitigating resistance and managing conflicts
Supports team dynamics and motivation to ensure smooth team structures within the project

Mandatory requirements:
Degree and several years of experience in Change Management supporting complex change and transformation initiatives in multinational organizations
Profound experience with strategic transformation programs/change management, ideally software/system surrounding
Experience in system and related implementation projects (like ERP, MES)
Positive and integrative collaboration skills establishing strong supportive relationships cross all departments
Demonstrate a high degree of skill in communication and positive interactions with end users and employees
Presentation skills
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Well organized and capable of multi-tasking
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Willingness to travel internationally
Customer- and service minded
