KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

– To develop BT Branded Maintenance proposals based upon Cisco maintenance variants like PSS / SmartCare and in line BT’s strategy for Cisco based maintenance
– To lead and deliver formal maintenance programmes in line with business and customer requirements.
– To have an in-depth working knowledge of the customers maintenance business and understand the competition environment.
– To build and maintain excellent relationships with the Account Teams.
– Creating standard, non-standard, and bespoke quotations for the Solutions House portfolio
Involved in new business initiatives, providing maintenance service information/quotes to support Bids.
– Support other business units to resolve Cisco quoting & ordering tools errors.
– Act as an advisor to the Sales team by identifying the commercial risk and the best way to success.
– Resolve errors encountered when using Cisco quoting & ordering tools.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

– Proficient with CISCO quoting & ordering tools & processes.
– Good technical knowledge of Cisco products.
– Strong Communication skills (both written and verbal English).
– Strong Analytical skills
– Preferred – Good knowledge of other products like Dell, HPe Aruba, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.
– Familiar with Cisco equipment and/or support processes is a plus.Preferred – Good knowledge of other products like Dell, HPe Aruba, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.
