Roles and responsibilities

Be the first point of contact towards stakeholders and represent the Customer and Colleague Engagement Centre
Be the owner of the business area related continuous improvement plan
Analyse, understand and surface back to the business the drivers of contact and the things that erode the customer or colleague experience
Own the business area specific yearly forecast and work together with the resource planners to prepare the operation for the upcoming changes
Come up with improvement ideas and drive changes to deliver
Value for the business

Be the owner of business area specific trainings and knowledge
Implement and maintain the service management framework
You will be great in this role if you have:
Secondary or higher education
2-3 years professional experience
Advanced Czech or Slovak language knowledge
Upper-intermediate level English knowledge
Advanced Hungarian language
MS Office
Managing and implementing change, CI
Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills,
Analytical skills
Programme Management level planning and organizing
