Digital Finance Reporting Associate

Purpose of the role: the Business Intelligence team provides high quality reports and digital dashboards to support top management decisions across Vodafone Group functions (HR, Commercial, Technology, Finance and Enterprise operations). Working in agile project development in collaboration with scrum master, project managers and developers to ensure the creation and regular update of digital reports ensuring accuracy and standard outlook. Solid understanding on key financial statements alongside with process improvement mindset to contribute on the digital transformation agenda. Working with senior stakeholders to understand their requirements and find and/or develop appropriate digital reporting solutions.

What you will do in your role:

Produce & deliver and oversee the maintenance of monthly/quarterly and planning cycle related digital and offline Management reports to support the decision making of senior management
Contribute to the design of new digital dashboards ensuring consistency and data quality, own the end-to-end implementation
Contribute to the design and prepare ad-hoc reports to business leadership team to support performance management of key verticals
Be part of the review cycle in the team to ensure that all reports are tested and reviewed based on the internal requirements
Manage relationships with key stakeholders and Business Partners across Vodafone entities
Working collaboratively with local teams and global counterparts on Agile developments

What you will bring to the team:

0-2 years of experience in reporting, data analysis
University/college degree in Economics/Finance/Business Data Analysis
Interest in BI technology and techniques including knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools (QlikView /QlikSense /Power Pivot /Power BI/SAP Business Object, etc.)
Fluency in English
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
VBA, MS Access knowledge and Telecom experience are considered as great advantage
Good communication skills with ability to align with stakeholders’ needs
Ability to work independently and to be an enthusiastic team player as well
Accuracy, attention to detail
