Downstream long-term planning (strategy) expert

What is the purpose of the job?
The purpose of the job is to support decision making of Group Downstream Management and its execution with the strategic evaluations of our internal long-term plans, external industry trends .

What are the tasks?
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of MOL Group’s long term downstream asset and simplified financial model
• Participate in the evaluation of long-term investments, prepare strategic evaluations, scenario as well as sensitivity analyses
• Prepare market, technical and financial long-term internal and external analysis to support strategic decision making
• Analyse key downstream related industry trends and its financial impacts such EU regulatory changes, decarbonization
• Coordination of any ad-hoc strategic analysis or data supply for the Downstream division

What are the requirements?
• University/college degree in finance/economics/engineering
• Minimum 3-6 years’ relevant professional experience
• Fluent English knowledge (written and verbal)
• Knowledge of financial analysis and very strong analytical skills
• Problem solving skills, proactive mindset, “can do” attitude
• Structured thinking, attention to details, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
• Highly collaborative attitude, with a very good communication skills
