Job description
As a Financial Controller, you will be part of a highly skilled and motivated team, where you will take the responsibility for the controlling and reporting activities for different departments. We are counting on you to come up with improvements regarding the controlling processes development, as well as to analyze financial results and deviations.

In your new role, you will:
Contribute to the financial controlling activities of Infineon, by complying with the valid respective internal and external regulations.
Be responsible for IFCE Legal entity controlling tasks (planning, closing, and reporting activity).
Contribute to the compilation of the annual and quarterly financial plan.
Jointly with the cost center owners, plan total costs of the respective cost centers and cost center allocations.
Prepare and analyze the cost centers monthly financial results, deviation analysis and ad-hoc reports, together with the cost center owners.
Prepare the monthly closing processes and reports for the Hungarian Infineon legal entities.
Prepare Infineon regular and ad hoc calculations by cost centers, projects and by P&L categories.
Support internal and external audit process and control the material inventory.
Make proposals for developing controlling processes and reporting.
Improve the financial relationship with other Infineon sites.
Ensure full compliance with internal regulations, procedure instructions, documentation related rules, to evaluate risks that belong to the scope of responsibility, and to take steps if needed.
Ensure full compliance with external regulations (IFRS, HAS), procedure instructions, documentation, and calculation related rules.
Perform other controlling related tasks.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

Degree in an Economy, Finance or Accounting field.
Between 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, in controlling or accountancy teams.
Microsoft Office literacy, with special focus on Excel.
Fluency in English.
Excellent communication and cooperation skills.
Analytical and synthetizing skills.
SAP knowledge would be an advantage.
