Task:
– Handle incoming customer contacts including but not limited to phone and email (non-sales task)
– Use resources to answer questions and resolve concerns promptly and courteously in verbal or written form
– Follow-up on customer service issues
– Capture customer feedback
– Prepare and inform Wellness Advocates about promotions and products
– Adhere to schedule and meet department performance standards

Requirements:
– Excellent communication skills, empathic, “problem-solver” attitude
– Strong typing and computer skills (MS Office)
– Organized and detail oriented
– Ability to follow instructions, policies, and procedures
– Works well with people, proactive attitude, passionate about providing a great customer service

Location:
– Budapest or it can be done from home office from anywhere in Hungary

Language Requirement:
– at least conversational level of English AND fluent/native in German

Working hours:
– Part-time (4-5-6 hrs./day) or Full-time 8 hours
