We are looking for a new Technical Support Analysts for our international partner providing information technology services.
Career entrants’ applications are welcome, in case your knowledge in German is at a C1 level and English at least a B2 level.
You are the right candidate if you are all about helping people, you are communicative and not far from IT.

Tasks we need your help with:
Provide technical support to customers through various contact methods (email, chat, phonecall etc.)
Troubleshooting technical issues that arise.
Providing fast and accurate information to customers
Ensure compliance to customer Data Privacy and Security Policy
Complaint handling

In our selection process, you will benefit if:
German C1 level and English at least B2 level
Minimum of a high school diploma
Ability to work 40 hours per week
Good communication and problem solving skills
Customer focus
Knowledge of wireless network (WLAN)
Strong affinity to electronics and technology
