Our customers success when tackling some of their most complex challenges will depend on your ability to become a strategic partner and trusted advisor of the customer and enable your virtual team to provide value and creating innovative solutions for them. Thinking and acting commercially will mean success for your customer and will translate into profitable growth for BT. You will be the BT Ambassador with key customers, and you will lead sales activities in order to attract new logos into BT’s customer portfolio. You will demonstrate the best qualities of yourself and our organisation daily.

Main tasks:
– Deliver new sales and revenue growth on a number of regional customer accounts and hunting in whitespace and also looking to onboard new accounts
– Establish, develop and own key customer relationships and customer contact strategy
– Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and own NPS strategy for each account
– Collaborate with, and provide leadership to, colleagues across the organisation when working on new opportunities
– Develop & own account plans that support BT growth strategies, this will include cross functional engagement with internal resource

Skills required for the job:
– Ability to source new prospects and manage existing revenue generating customer relationships
– Strong selling, presentation – and negotiation skills
– Confident in owning customer engagement and utilising cross functional teams to drive NPS
– Ability to find root causes of problems and to focus on their quick and efficient solution
– Leadership skills to guide members of virtual team for example specialists, bid resources
– English and German on a fluent level
