– Expert in market intelligence and pricing for Markets in scope, working closely with the talent and job architecture teams.
– Coordinate survey contributions for Markets in scope; participate in network and survey meetings to anticipate market trends.
– Select and manage suppliers for necessary local surveys (if any) beyond global sources; research new local information sources.
– Anticipate issues arising from the local economy and alert local teams to these issues; Connection with local compensation and HR teams is essential to understand local IBM issues. Leverage global compensation dashboards for detailed data.
– Enabling the Compensation and HR teams for markets in scope on pricing and market intelligence.
