Anti-Fraud Expert

Scope of the position
We are seeking a highly skilled Anti-Fraud Expert to join our team. In this role, YOU will be responsible for analysing and investigating potential fraud activities and developing strategies to prevent and mitigate fraudulent activities.

Tasks in more details
1. Contribute to the operation of the Anti-Fraud Framework:
2. Conduct in-depth investigations via fraud risk assessments based on yearly fraud risk plan including transaction, data, and process analyzation to identify procedural gaps, patterns, and trends.
3. Develop and implement effective fraud prevention strategies and controls to minimize risks and financial loss.
4. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in fraud prevention and detection.
5. Enhances and supports the loss prevention related cooperation between Group and local security units and between security and other business and functional units.
6. Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of existing fraud prevention measures and recommend improvements, further risk mitigations.

Requirements
• College or University degree
• Fluent English and Hungarian
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in relevant background: Loss Prevention, Fraud Detection, Anti-Fraud, Investigation, Audit
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Professional certifications in fraud prevention and detection (i.e.: CFE – Certified Fraud Examiner) are a plus
