We are looking for a

Group Controller
(Head office cost allocation and CAPEX)

Focus of the position

The Controlling Business Partner is a key role within Finance with responsibility for proactive business support to achieve strategic goals of the Functional areas and coordination of the full controlling cycle (business planning, forecasting, closing and actual reporting). You will be the first point of contact finance advisor of our Business.

Main Tasks
• Coordinate head office functional cost allocation processes towards business units. Revise SAP cycles, master data, SLA contracts, transfer pricing and mark-up calculation. Raise hand and bring solutions for improvement
• Actively communicate with both functional and business finance teams to ensure that the current allocation methodology within the company is in line with the constantly developing operation.
• Prepare yearly true-up for intercompany invoicing and allocation. Be the front member to provide feedback to the CFOs of MOL Group’s subsidiaries
• Support the financial validation and reporting of head office functional CAPEX projects
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting and regular reporting of cost allocation as well as CAPEX
• Support the management in the decision-making process and give advice to action
• Create and perform presentations from the analysis and reports according to the business needs
What you need to be successful in the role?
• University or college degree in the field of economics
• Min 4-6 years of relevant professional experience in finance
• User-level Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Fluent in English
• Strong communication and cooperation skill
• ’Thinking out of the box’ mindset
• ’Can do’ attitude.
