In Hungary, KOSTAL is about to build its first business service centre to provide business support in IT, finance, procurement, master data, sales and HR fields. This will be a global centre with high value-added and complex processes which you can help to build.

Job Description:
Define and implement comprehensive strategies for all aspects of the company’s Sales Tower to reduce costs, mitigate risk, improve quality and satisfaction, shorten lead times.
Supervise day-to-day operations in the sales back office department.
Creating effective sales back office procedures, policies, and standards.
Operating the operational governance (reporting, review, and follow up of actions)
Developing customer (sales front office) satisfaction goals, and coordinating with the team to meet them on a steady basis. Effective cooperation with the sales front office.
Managing the approved budget.
Staying informed on the latest industry techniques and methods, study and drive best practices
Provide exceptional leadership to the Sales Support teams – in multiple delivery centers.
Create structure, hire/train staff, develop personnel, give direction, integrate/leverage global capabilities, and hold team members accountable.
Motivate, engage and retain team members, support their personal development.
Collaborate with Sales Front Office, Product Management, Engineering and Operations to improve Product Lifecycle Management – spearhead sourcing initiatives to introduce products on time, on budget, and in stock
Continuously develop/enhance sales support productivity and operational processes. Implement industry best practices
Develop sales support effectiveness metrics and report regularly on supply chain performance, utilizing the metrics
Be deeply involved into the Process transitions with strategic mind-set as one of the key decision makers
Coordinate the Process reviews and process improvements within sales back office
Coordinating delivery for different businesses from different delivery centers (e.g. Budapest, Hungary and Ukraine)

Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience within Business services, including sales support. Advantage: Sales, and/or Supply chain experience
Automotive industry experience is a must
At least 5 years of experience in a manager or director level role required
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field
SPA, CRM (any common package)
Fully fluent in English
Hungarian, German are an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Stakeholder management, cross-cultural flexibility
