Job description
As our next Senior Staff Industrial Engineer, you will play a crucial role in achieving the best results by driving productivity improvement. We are counting on you to analyze complex situations and find reliable and suitable solutions while developing manufacturing concepts and contributing to the design and implementation of a production line.

In your new role you will:

Manage the design, improvement, and installation of integrated systems of human resources, materials, equipment and methods.
Take the responsibility for productivity improvements with cross-functional teams (Segment Personnel, Capital and Material), driving improvement and site related projects, reporting systems, and new capacity-based manufacturing.
Define Personnel Efficiency (PE) Productivity improvement planning and participate inProductivity workshops, actively contributing for the Development/Operation to achieve the best results.
Set and establish manufacturing standards and performance KPI’s.
Be the connecting function between departments (production and management) in your network in Cegléd and other sites.
Your Profile
You manage your performance consistently and reliably. You have strong communication skills and the know-how to establish lasting relationships and networks. You are able to clarify areas of responsibility, coordinate your work with your colleagues, and regularly share your insights with the team. You analyze complex situations and manage a detailed evaluation of a problem in order to come up with precise solutions. Moreover, your willingness to take on new challenges will support your path towards improvements and innovative suggestions.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

Bachelor or Master Degree in an Engineering field. Mechanical, Electrical or Automation preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering dealing with productivity improvement projects, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
Experience in mechanical/electronical assembly manufacturing, process engineering or a development environment.
Project Management knowledge and the ability to lead cross-functional teams towards common goals and results.
Strong Industrial Engineering knowledge and the ability to operate Industrial Engineering tools and methodologies while conducting studies, collecting data and executing projects.
Good spreadsheet skills for data processing. Knowledge in VBA/Macro codes or other advanced formula functions would be a plus.
6-Sigma Black/Green-Belt or Lean Manufacturing certification would be an advantage.
Fluency in Hungarian and good command of English. German would be a plus.
