Description:
– Development and operational tasks of Euronet’s international ATM networks
– Technical handling of Service Requests and Incidents investigations for supporting Euronet’s international ATM networks
(main technology areas: IoT routers, SIM providers, IP routing, switching, firewalls, LAN/WAN solutions)
– Working with internal Euronet teams across the globe on ATM telecom operational issues and ATM projects
– Work with external service providers and vendors on ATM telecom operational issues and projects
– Provide on-call (at home standby) support on a periodic basis
– Occasionally international travelling is required.
– Direct reporting to Euronet ATM Telecom Manager.

Requirements:
– CCNP level knowledge, valid CCNP certification is an advantage.
– Stable technology knowledge and handson experience is required at:
– GSM, Wireless communication technologies
– LAN/WAN network technologies, protocols
– IP routing protocols (BGP)
– VPN technologies (site2site IPSec, GRE, VTI)
– Network security technologies (firewalls)
– Minimum 5 years hands-on experience at delivery and operational activities at global/enterprise grade networks
– Experience working with ticketing tools as per ITIL based processed.
– Basic knowledge at MS Windows based desktop & server technologies
– User level knowledge with MS O365 collaboration tools (MS Teams, MS OneNote, MS SharePoint)
– Fluency in English both verbal and written.
– Analytical thinking for problem and project handling
– Strong problem-solving skills.
– Strong documentation skills.
– Ability to work independently and precisely as well as in a team with following procedure & policies

Knowledge and experience at below areas is an advantage:
– College or University degree in Engineering – preferably Information Technology or Electrical Engineering.
– Hands-on experience with IoT/2-3-4G solutions, industrial IoT routers and cloud management platforms (Digi, Teltonika, Cisco)
– Linux basics, Linux IPTABLE configurations experience
– Zabbix, Graylog, Grafana, Scripting (python), Scrutinizer, NLYTE, Ansible, AWX
HAPROXY Network loadbalancer
– Experience at environments working as per PCI DSS, ITIL, ISO27001 requirements
