o Technology Watch And Solution Architecture: ERP, compliance solution…
o Solution Design, Implementation, and deployment: according to order to cash products, vision and roadmap. Collaboration with cross functional teams to understand business processes and needs. Customized
o Project management: design, build, test, user adoption, documentation. IT coordination
o Solution Support and evolutions: performance, SLA monitoring, vendors management, implement software evolution roadmap to comply with the product life cycle (build, run, decommission)
