RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Conduct pre-screens and filtering candidates for open positions
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiationg employment terms
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements
Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
1+ year of proven experience as IT recruiter
Knowledge of English and Hungarian (at least B2 level)
Knowledge of Ukrainian language (at least B1 level)
Knowledge of the local IT market
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Pro-active and creative approach to sourcing, headhunting
Effective work under time pressure with changing priorities in a dynamic environment
WILL BE A PLUS:
Work experience at recruitment agencies
