Partner with the best

The Engineering Document Specialist under general supervision by the engineering manager, supports the team in multiple areas mainly related to the release and control of engineering documents and bill of materials. Audits design change notifications and bill of material structures using business system software. Controls and manages customer document transmittals. The specialist will be responsible to coordinate, team on time delivery, and projects productivity control, by interacting with a team of multiple disciplines (engineers, manufacturing, and materials management e.g).

As a Engineering documentation specialist, you will be responsible for:

– Coordinate creation and maintenance of Bill of Materials (BoM) for Control Panels hardware & configuration detailed design;
– Support engineers in creation and archival of technical documentation
– Provide technical support to Supply Chain on ordering of BOMs alignment vs Drawings;
– Cooperation with warehouse and material management;
– Create reports of team workload, track on-time delivery and project vouchering metrics;
– Support on Control Panels project planning vs manufacturing schedule (e.g. Primavera, ASCP);
– Provides technical support to supply chain on ordering of BOMs and assembly, preFATs and FATs.
– Close, daily cooperation with multinational BH teams around the countries.
– Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

– Bachelor Degree or high school in management/administration, or technical manager;
– Computer proficiency (MS Office tools, Enterprise Systems),
– Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills;
– Ability to work in a team;
– Organization, planning and time management skills;
– Intermediate knowledge of English is required, and Italian is a desired.
