What you will be doing as a Payroll Analyst:
• Responsible for day-to-day payroll operations for a set of assigned countries
• Create and implements internal procedures and business requirements
• Create and manage the business analysis and documentation of system change specifications
• Interpret data and make recommendations
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision
• Exercise independence of judgement and autonomy
• Act as Subject Matter Expert to senior stakeholders and /or other team members
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the
firm’s reputation
• Managing and reporting control issues with transparency

Nice to have:
• Fluency in English
• 2-5 years relevant experience
• Bachelor’s/University degree
• In-depth specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating
processes and data
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
