Key Responsibilities

– Deliver, support and educate the GBS towers in driving process improvements
– Coaching and support of the use of, and features in the Ignite & maturity matrix
– Attendance at Team Huddles for emerging and bronze teams to guide and Support the emerging/bronze teams with requests for support due to Ignite Portal submissions
– Coach and assess readiness for LP certification
– Develop on demand training material as defined by the Global CI lead / Ignite Specialist
– Support and manage the delivery if the Excel/VBA and Power Auomate related programs and initiatives

Skills required for the job:

– Knowledgeable in CI skills including Lean, Process mapping, Value Stream Analysis etc.
– Advanced excel skills, VBA is an advantage
– Significant relevant experience in CI, Lean, Six Sigma roles
– Experience in managing Process Improvements & quick automations ideas
– Formal Lean/Six Sigma certifications will be an added advantage
