Your contribution to something big:
►Leading and motivating the employees within the group

►Defining the objectives, vision and strategy in the area of responsibility

►Building a team and development of the organization in the area of responsibility

►Responsible for organizing the onboarding and training activities of new hires, support integration into Bosch organization

►Competence management: Defining, planning and implementing the training needs of group members

►Act as a first level of escalation for team members

►Support team members in case of questions, critical decisions

►Foster close cooperation with AE plants, Supplier Key Accounts and Taskforce colleagues

►Monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators and derivation of improvement measures

►Preparation and representation of the group in internal and external audits

What distinguishes you:
►University degree (preferable in logistics specialization)

►Minimum 3 years leading experience

►>5 years of experience in the field of logistics/purchasing

►Profound SAP knowledge of SAP MM

►English language skills on negotiation level

►German and Hungarian language as a plus

►Self-confidence

►Excellent communication skills
