AGCO is building a world-class Data and Analytics organization which includes an Enterprise Data Hub, Data Platform, Reporting & Analytics Platform, Data Product Management as well as Data Governance and Data Quality Team in order to create the strategy and deliver high quality data throughout the organization to enable easy access to reliable data in order to enable data driven decisions to grow and evolve our business. We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to oversee the delivery of our Data Fast Forward Strategy in order to accelerate our delivery of high quality data and solutions to the organization.

The data governance team is looking for a product owner with responsibility on enterprise reference data. This does include the definition and classification across the organization and analyzing and tracking the quality and changes of reference data.

What You Will Do:
Collaborate with data teams across the business and IT to define and deliver on the enterprise reference data priorities.
Gain alignment on critical reference data requirements and prioritize competing data needs for various data assets and processes across the organization.
Develop and enforce enterprise standards, classifications, policies and procedures on reference data.
Design and implement data quality controls and KPIs to ensure the accuracy and completeness of reference data.
Help drive away from a reactive to proactive reference data management across the enterprise.
Work with data stewards and data governance teams to ensure compliance with data policies and procedures.
Demonstrate execution by ensuring that workstreams and initiatives are tracked and actively managed, metrics are understood and agreed upon, deliverables are properly prioritized and sequenced, impediments and risks are escalated and addressed and MVPs are delivered successfully.

What You Will Bring:
5+ years’ experience in data management or analysis
Experience with reference and master data, data quality rule definitions, glossary definitions and lineage
Very good English language skills (written and spoken)
Domain knowledge a plus (Customer, Dealer, Product, etc.)
Understanding of data governance frameworks, methodologies, processes and how to implement them
Experienced with data management tools is a plus (e.g. Collibra, Informatica, Talend)
