Role purpose:

To lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices. To coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups as well as to work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests. To coach team members in Agile frameworks and Support the product owner and provide education where needed. To look after the progress of work carried out in 2-3 squads (20 ppl).
To ensure that briefs from Business Partners have all necessary information for the supported teams to start the work. To make sure that all affected team members. are perfectly clear with external and internal project requirements and help identify and find missing details in order to start the project. To act as a main point of contact for Business Partners regarding briefing and project assignment, as well as liaise with Team Leaders and Account Managers from other teams within the department and distribute projects evenly within teams.

To act as a quality checker when delivering final materials to Business Partners and make sure all quality requirements are met as per requirement. To provide training for Business Partners and colleagues about the briefing process and project management tool and system.

What you’ll do:

Manage incoming marketing requests to completion in Agile Sprint methodology.
Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur and help teams implement changes effectively.
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
Reports directly Marketing Manager and must provide weekly updates on progress
Facilitates daily stand ups and manages successful implementation of projects
Coordinates and sets up Agile meetings, prepares agenda with team leaders, account managers and other scrum masters, creates documents and minutes, manages approval pipeline.
Writes minutes on briefing calls and other project calls and shares with the project team.
Administers the Sharepoint sites of the team and teaches Business Partners how to properly use it
Identifying areas where processes can be improved and identify training needs.
Ensure colleagues and Business Partners are up-to-date with briefing processes, tracker and relevant trainings
Continue to support key functional areas until that vacancy is filled or the workload no longer requires operative support

What you’ll bring to the team:

experience in a scrum master role
excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
ability to work with and lead a team as well as to adapt to a changing environment.
experience in copywriting/design/automation/front end development/or project management or working with creatives in an account or project management role.
functional/ business experience, familiar with the processes of the function/ business
experience in SharePoint administration
fluent English
