What you’ll do:
– Design, develop and Introduce Security Service processes and Customer Handbooks for the delivery and Service Integration of non-Standard solutions outlined on bids that have been won
– Own end to end service design implementation for medium or high value, Non-Standard and complex deliveries into live Environment
– Impact Assessment of Operating and Governance Models against Scope of work
– Development and progression of the Operational support requirements, and service acceptance criteria. Bespoke to customer requirements
– Create Process and Service tooling design and integration
– Ensure our services are deliverable to time and cost effective
– Liaise and communicate across the globe to our colleagues and customers
– Contribute to the development and understanding of the products BT has to offer
– Drive continuous improvement and transformational activities to improve the unit’s agility and reduce cost
– Present to global customers and internal Senior Management Team
– Create an environment for change to shape BT Security and junior members of the team
