/ Support quotation process with product concept creation
/ Execute new product feasibility
/ Propose product BOM, electronic component selection
/ Run electro-thermal simulation to optimize product performance
/ Design the Layout/Pinout arrangement to create optimal product design
/ Verify design by simulation
/ Develop new topologies and drive topology release process and documentation
/ Design Evaluation Boards for product promotion purposes
/ Conduct research, experiments and publish the results in App. Notes, conference presentation or technical paper format
/ Provide technical application support for Marketing, Field Application Engineering, and Quality / Be responsible for the Vincotech simulator (VINcoSIM) technical data content / Approve new concept designs

Your credentials are persuasive. You:
/ Have min 5 years’ experience in an electronic development role
/ Have a degree in Electrical Engineering or any power electronics relevant STEM
/ Are competent in power electronics developments, technical research and publication
/ Have strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, internally and with customers
/ Have the ability to work in a cross-functional environment
/ Have a proven track record of technical background, e.g., available publications with power electronics topics / Have knowledge of analog electronics hardware design, technical analysis (FMEA, DOE, statistical analysis, etc.), Analog mixed signal, system and thermal simulation / Have an excellent command of English language
