NIX, a global supplier of software engineering and IT outsourcing services, is looking for a Senior Project Manager in its office in Budapest (Vaci Greens, 13th district). You’ll be part of a team of professionals who are ready to find the best tailor-made IT solutions for their multinational clients in various industries and solve complex problems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Expand customer relationships to foster account growth and maximize client satisfaction
Cultivate strong relationships within the team, promoting collaboration, effective communication, and a positive work environment
Lead projects with full control over all aspects, ensuring successful outcomes and timely delivery
Facilitate the presale phase of projects by creating compelling proposals that address customer needs and provide the best possible solutions
Establish the development process from scratch, utilizing Agile and PMI approaches to enhance efficiency and productivity
Continuously improve project processes based on feedback, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary adjustments
Tailor project management solutions that align with the project management triangle, optimizing resources, time, and quality to achieve project objectives.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, demonstrating a strong background in overseeing and successfully delivering projects in the IT industry
Excellent knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and expertise in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and PMI practices
Possession of an agile mindset and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and PMI practices
A minimal technical background to effectively communicate and collaborate with developers
Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken English
A strong desire to assist clients and solve their problems, demonstrating a customer-centric approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
Readiness to improve your surroundings and contribute to making a positive impact in the world
Willingness to continuously learn and acquire new skills, staying updated with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in project management
A desire to motivate colleagues through leading by example
Possessing high emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers
Motivation to take initiative and drive projects to completion, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a proactive approach to achieving objectives.
