Job description
As a Process Engineer for Soldering Technologies, you will:

Provide high level technical support for given production processes of high-power semiconductors and to contribute to meet KPIs (Yield, Cpk, Volume, MTBF);
To make and maintain work instructions, process parameter sheets and charts;
Ensure the process stability of the own technological field(s);
Increase the efficiency of production processes (cost, quality, OEE);
Introduction and implementation of minor changes or innovations using the appropriate tools;
Prepare technical specifications for new machines, tools, collate technical data and parameters with the potential suppliers, evaluate their offers and make proposals for decision-making process.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

BSc/MSc degree in Mechatronic, Mechanical Engineering or similar field;
Between 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing environments;
Strong analytic work methodology and problem solving skills;
Experience in SMT soldering processes and camera systems would be an advantage;
Experienced in quality techniques (pareto, 8D, FMEA, 5W, 5S, lean);
PLC, pneumatic systems, and robot solution experience (preferable);
Microsoft Office user knowledge;
Intermediate Hungarian and English knowledge (both written and verbal). German skills would be an advantage.
