Sustainable Finance Business Partner

The Finance Business Partner is a key role within Finance with responsibility for proactive business support to Project teams with Sustainability topics and MOL’s strategic goals in terms of ESG-

These are going to be your challenges in a nutshell:
• Analysis of global reporting practices, disclosure expectations and trends; contributing to ensuring consistency with EU and national legal requirements, helping MOL to comply with the existing and emerging reporting trends with special focus on EU taxonomy
• Supporting the lobbying activities in the different European advocacy association by participating in the different meetings
• Contribute to the preparation of the ESG related annual report by collaborating with the different stakeholders
• Contribute to the target setting and reporting of ESG KPIs
• Knowledge sharing and network building: raise internal awareness about EU taxonomy and importance of incorporation of sustainability aspects in our activities and project planning.
• Ad-hoc support in sustainability related topics: prepare analyses and perform ad-hoc tasks with regards to the sustainable finance topics
What does it take to be our colleague?
• College or University degree in Finance/Economics/Business or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years work experience within finance/controlling
• Problem solving skills, proactive mindset, “can do” attitude
• Structured thinking and attention to details and ability to meet priorities and deadlines
• Ability to manage and resolve complex problems independently and cooperate with other departments and teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Deep knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
