RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Permanent contact for the company’s customers and for all customer interests
• Customer contact based on target group specified in sales strategy
• Dealing with customer enquiries and customer correspondence
• Processing applications from new customers
• Notifying customers of new services
• Obtaining status reports, bank references, direct debits and security
• Processing complaints, reminders and protests
• Suspending credit and total stops
• Entering terms and lending support to sales reps and risk specialist
• Reporting to customers and team leaders
• Support customers with on-line services
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
• Professional English knowledge
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience in customer service or front office field
• University or college degree (Finance or Business Administration degree is an advantages)
• Excellent skills in MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook
• MS Dynamics and/or SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Independent and communicative personality
• Problem solving attitude
