What team would you join?
The climate change and unsustainable economy are among today’s most severe challenges. OTP Group, as one of the largest universal banking institutions in Central and East Europe is taking an active role in addressing this topic, thus contributing to the transformation to a more sustainable economy. Through its core banking activities, the Group facilitates the transition of its customers to a less carbon intensive operation. This presents the banking group with a number of novel and complex tasks. The Green Program Directorate was created to address these challenges; it functions both as a sustainability center of excellence and as a PMO managing complex projects in green finance. The main objective of the team is to guide the Bank, including its Group members in their sustainable transformation journey, as well as to maximize the business opportunities arising from green financing.

What topics will you be involved in?
As a business analyst, you will drive alignment and cooperation between the Green Program Directorate, the businesses, IT, controlling and other departments to reach the ESG targets of the OTP Group.

You will be asked to:
• Initiate and analyze conceptual business opportunities related to the development of strategic directions in line with OTP Group ESG Strategy
• Support execution of significant delivery projects across OTP Group
• Monitor and report on the delivery of sustainable finance projects
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders which will support the delivery of strategic projects
• Stay up to date with developments in sustainable finance, including changes to regulations and emerging best practices, adapting project requirements and delivery accordingly
• Lead preparation of reports for various internal & external stakeholder, support establishing complex data management and reporting processes
• Be part of the team developing a Group wide ESG data model, linked to the overarching Green Program of OTP
