By fall 2025, JOBVERSE Job Fair has become the largest Hungarian job fair and the only one in Central Hungary that is independent of any institution.
Thanks to our targeted marketing campaign and matchmaking automation, conversions are improving year on year: a growing proportion of website visitors find a relevant job offer or an employer they would like to apply for and register for the event.

The positions requiring qualifications in Commerce/Sales, Marketing, and HR were in the highest demand, with 23.88% of our visitors aiming to find employment in these fields. IT jobs were sought by 16.66% of visitors, clearly reflecting the growing emphasis on digital and business-oriented roles.
Opportunities in Finance and Accounting (15.40%), Administration (15.49%), as well as other fields requiring specialized qualifications (15.05%) attracted visitors in similar proportions. This spring, the proportion of visitors with a healthcare background was the highest. Interest in engineering positions was also significant (13.52%).

Among JOBVERSE visitors, the proportion of those holding university or college degrees is remarkably high (74.66%), clearly indicating that the event attracts not only large crowds but also highly qualified and relevant professionals.
An additional 24.88% of visitors arrived with higher vocational qualifications, OKJ certifications, or secondary education.
The number of visitors with only primary education is negligible; they are typically still secondary school students who are exploring career choices and becoming familiar with the world of work and the exhibitors.

Visitors of JOBVERSE primarily come from the active age group of 18–44 (82.43%), clearly demonstrating that the event reaches the most active generations in the labor market.
Within this group, the 25–34 age segment (36.06%) is the most strongly represented. They are professionals at the beginning or midpoint of their careers who are open to new opportunities, development, and career changes.
Employers can reach a very broad target audience at JOBVERSE, ranging from students who are still studying to senior professionals with decades of experience.
Together with our colleagues, we gained a broader insight into the employment preferences, work experiences, and interests of our visitors.
We participated in the autumn job fair as a returning exhibitor. We are just as satisfied as before; we appreciate the event’s marketing, the innovation surrounding it, and the continuous drive for improvement.
Everything was excellent, meeting the usual high standards. Special praise goes to the hostesses, they were very professional and kind! The exhibitor experience session was also great, a really good idea, thank you!

More than half of the visitors (80.37%) attended the event because they were actively looking for a job and were open to new career opportunities. Many arrived with specific goals: one-third of participants (33.11%) wanted to meet representatives of particular companies in person and build connections.
Professional programs were also a strong attraction, with nearly a quarter of visitors (23.44%) taking part in presentations or consultations. In addition, many (16.41%) were interested in exploring their future opportunities and seeking inspiration and guidance for the next step in their careers.

We have given visitors plenty of reasons to feel this way. And the feedback speaks for itself.
,75%-a
of our visitors gave a positive (8, 9, 10) rating because they felt JOBVERSE was more than just a job fair, with 26,56%(!) of them giving the event a maximum score.

The majority of respondents (50.59%) spent 1–3 hours at the event, highlighting the importance of exhibitors capturing visitors’ attention from the very first impression through engaging stands, personal interaction, and openness.
At the same time, supporting programs such as presentations, consultations, and interactive experiences effectively increased the time spent at the event: nearly one-third of participants (30.66%) stayed for 3–5 hours, while 8.11% spent as much as 5–7 hours at JOBVERSE.
A total of 6.74% of respondents (3.81% + 2.93%) dedicated one or even two full days to the event—typically the most motivated and career-focused attendees. Only 3.91% visited for less than one hour.
In the questionnaire, which was sent out at the end of the event, we asked our visitors "Who would you most like to work for out of all the exhibitors at JOBVERSE?". Here's the popularity ranking based on the top 10 answers:

It is also very important to us to help our job seekers find jobs more effectively and quickly, and to ensure that our exhibitors are well prepared, have realistic ideas and are confident in their presentation.
For example, our AI Talks program this spring provided an opportunity for those who want to keep up with technological developments and leverage them in their job search and daily life.

The goal of JOBVERSE is to turn appearances into applications and connections into hires. In spring 2025, we therefore launched a partnership with CAPTain Hungary Kft., a company with 25 years of experience in competency assessment, which quickly proved highly popular among candidates.
Thanks to our collaboration with CAPTain Hungary Kft., all our exhibitors can access CAPTain’s competency and team role tests with a 20% discount as part of their recruitment process.
At this year’s JOBVERSE, a total of 818 visitors completed the team role test. The results were automatically integrated into their myCV profiles, allowing exhibiting companies to quickly and easily assess candidates’ behavior in team settings whether they tend to take on leading or supporting roles, are proactive or rule-following, and are task-oriented or people-focused.
Among those who evaluated the test, 91.41% felt that it accurately reflected their personal working style. The test’s accuracy provided immediate pre-screening support for exhibitors, enabling faster selection, better team fit, and more effective on-site interviews - at no additional cost during the event.

For us, the most important proof of the effectiveness of JOBVERSE is that a significant share of our exhibitors returns event after event, making the most of the opportunities our job fair provides.
We continued the tradition we launched in autumn 2024 and once again expressed our special thanks to the four exhibitors who joined us for the 5th time, contributing to the continuous development of JOBVERSE. Together with them, a total of 56 companies have now received their anniversary commemorative plaques. We are truly grateful for their ongoing trust and participation.
